I have wanted a set of sliders for some time, and I am considering the top two options.

I love the look of the RRW, and since I probably won’t be going offroad enough I don’t know if it’s worth the extra $400.

Can anyone vouch for the Tyger sliders? They look pretty good and I’m wondering if they will be a good runner up to the RRW’s

If you're not off roading then there's no reason to buy sliders unless you really like the look.

Aside from camping, I just wanted something to protect against shopping buggy’s and tree branches

@The Saint, do you know if the ShrockWorks sliders are bolt-on? I was checking out the product page on their site but was unable to find anything that explicitly called out the mounting type (welded/bolt-on.) If so, that's a decent price on what looks like a nice set of sliders (shipping looks to be about an additional ~$190.) I really like the look of the tread plate as well.

At this point, think I've made up my mind that I'm going with a set of Mobtown Offroad sliders as they seem to have the best no-drill, bolt-on mounting solution out there and have an impeccable reputation with regards to form, function and quality but the ShrockWorks are intriguing.

They are bolt on and they offer military discount, just have to email them.

funny, I just bolted on the Tyger armors last night. they're pretty heavy. Solid construction. Easy to install by myself, although an extra set of hands wouldnt hurt. just popped out the 6 caps underneath and bolted em on. I expected them to get a little dinged up in shipping, but i was surprised how well they were packed.
I picked these for the same reasons as you.
