Whats the biggest tire?

Hi all just got a new Taco TRD 4x4 Sport double cab.. can anyone give me advice on tires.. I'd like to go with Falken Wild Peaks on TRD 17"x7 Rims. I'd like to get the biggest I can go without having to lift it and not rub. I was thinking 275/70/r17? 265/70/r17? Any suggestions will help me thanks in advance. Attached is a rendering I did for my build.

TL;DR: 265/70/17 or 255/80/17 depending if you want a more proportional tire or a big and skinny-ish tire.
