    He used to be my cabinet guys #1 carpenter, and is now self employed. The fact that I’m hiring him to help me with the chicken coop for 6-8 weeks tells you how crazy this project is. I’ll be paying him for 1 hour each day just for travel.

    Pretty much. There’s $250k in the entire projected budget for the coop. I’m trying to come in at $150k, leaving the rest for a giant covered chicken run, concrete retaining walls and solar panels.

    The whole process is surreal af.
