Not the prettiest thing ever but I couldn't find any bubbles when I tested it with some light pressure.

These horns come out of GM malaise years cars so even in ND and SD not many yards have 70's and 80's or even 90's Caddys. They got to crush that shit out so new shit can be brought in. The yard down in my town one would be lucky to find a GM vehicle from the 90's. The idea of Pick n Pull doesn't exist here.

Same story out east. Yards fill up quick and no one wants parts off old stuff.

I think northwest Indiana is a bit of a detour from going to
    NC. But I support this

No, I'd just make a new one if it was for gas, they're specially curved vacuum lines for routing around the intake manifold and I was removing two from the set that I won't be using and when pulling the others off, the spot weld ripped the side of this line. These will only see air.

Ah okey, i was about to say, dont use that for gas, it will just pit the inside and eat a hole.

But its what ever on vacuum lines like that. Though i would of patched the hole differently

A one ince body lift is okay for the body but will rip holes in the bed supports. Anything over one inch requires burning the owner at the stake and selling the truck to someone who cares about it

Just curious, cause I can always use a new technique, how would you have patched it?

ya I'd only consider a 1" to help me clear my 33s better but I'm going to try more trimming first. Rubbing the frame though makes me think I might need some small wheel spacers, rubs on full turns when it stuffs offroad.

get 33s they said, it'll be fun they said...

It literally took me 15mins to mount mine, hit the pinch weld a couple times an now nothing scrubs. Even when I jumped it ate the top of the fender not the cab corner.
