Looking for something like this to hook up an aux fuse box. I’d actually like it to be fused as well if possible.

Hoping to get it by Thursday so if anyone knows of anything on Amazon Prime, that would be awesome. I looked, but I’m probably not using the right terms.

Suppose I could. Time is my primary obstacle these days. And until I find a new door for my work truck, the taco is my DD. So it’s a little tricky these days to decommission it for any length of time at all. Kid, wife, work, two 100 + year-old houses, wife, kid. Did I mention the wife and kid??

How about a 150 amp bussman breaker. Push the button to disconnect. Keeps junk off the top of the battery, adds a breaker instead of fuse, and can be opened to allow work on the load side.

I like the idea of breakers but wouldnt want my engine etc to be behind it.

Edit: oh I see, this is auxiliary. Duh.

Edit 2: ok so I’d have leads coming off the battery to this. Then this would be before my aux fuse box. Seems pretty redundant though??

Yes, this would protect the wire going to the fuse box only. It would also allow you to break the circuit to perform work without disconnecting the whole battery from the truck. I would personally go with the copper battery disconnect mentioned on the negative of the battery.

Are you just looking for an additional battery stud? I couldn't find much on Amazon but here are some top post products that might be what you're looking for.
