Yeah that's what I'm thinking as well, just cut off a 1/2 on the tie rod, I do remember reading somewhere that the camburg steering link was a hair long. I've got all the OEM parts for cam bolts in my Amazon cart now, $150ish for all 4 cams. So that doesn't hurt to much. Will hit up dude in that Camelback Toyota thread and see what he can do for me, and wait a few weeks to see if the GB goes anywhere.

I'm like 90% sure I haven't twisted the frame yet on my truck lol. I checked all the welds on everything I could reach/see and don't see any OEM welds cracked or misshapen, and can still fit my hand through the engine/steering rack so I didn't tweak THIS truck like the last lol.

Yeah I went from 7 degrees of castor and was just barely rubbing the body mount at full lock (and pulled the trigger on some new body mounts a week ago) and now they put me at like 4 degrees and I can only turn about halfway to full lock before the wheel pretty much just wants to stop. Gotta get back to that higher castor or just completely cut my cab/body mount/fiberglass away a couple inches.

In retrospect I should probably just start cutting anyways because 35s+full stuff will need it anyways.

    Hmmmmm.

Been looking at a Donaldson but I haven’t gave it try yet. Once I chop the front off for the cage then I’ll give it a try. I’m still focused on the rear now.

What kind of changes did you make for staying OEM and not sucking in dirt/dust? I’m not running inner fenders so everything gets tossed up there.

When I had a first gen I closed the side entrance and cut a hole in the front of the box. I also made a shield to prevent water and dirt from entering

Get a set of turn plates. Doesn’t change the process but it speeds it up. Especially if you get ones that lock at 20 degrees
