Routing points for wires through firewall?

I’ve used one hole on the pass side, near the big harness. See pics. There’s one symmetrically opossite on the driver side next to the break master cyl but it’s a major pain routing through this one bc it’s directly behind and near the top of the pedals. Plus, I need a bigger hole - at least 3/4” diameter, 1” would be better.

Are there any through the firewall this big? I don’t see any. Preferably on the pass side.

I know there are plugs in the floor but I would really like to go through the firewall for this connection...

 

Why do u need it 1 inch big. Cut the wire. Attach it to a welding rod and force it through. Then re connect the areas you cut. This way you don’t have to shove the switch or whatever through the small opening.

 

The wires are for solar and they’re too thick. Also I’ve already used the one on the pass side. The driver side one is going to be too hard to access and is too small anyway.

Going to mount the solar controller to the kick panel in front of door on pass side. Two wires about 6mm in dia, but I want to also have a bead of gasket material bushing them between the sheet metal...
