Same crap everyone else got

Has anyone used the flex tape type stuff. Like the as seen on tv tape that stops leaks as a seal between the bed and topper. Like taping and attaching to the bottom of the topper in multiple layers and then setting it on the bed so the sticky end is on the topper. Thoughts?
