Is anyone else having trouble with their audio system reading music files from phone. When I plug phone in it won't recognize phone on USB option.

I haven't tried that with a phone. I usually connect my phone via Bluetooth. Is there a reason why you're using the USB?

Im going to argue that one. With modern bluetooth technology, the transfer speed is much quick and especially since your proximity is so close.
