Sure... on a very strict diet, mostly to help re-regulate my internals, then to help with weight. Seems to be working for both.
My weights gone back up between 4 and 6 lbs depending on the day, but I am down 2" around the waist since January. I'm also not really accounting for muscle gain either. But I've been back on normal food with out issues for about a week or so now. Just gotta watch certain foods and they way they are cooked. I'm not complaining about the loss of fried fatty foods though at the same time.

HA! It is, I'm glad I didn't step on the scale before I started at the gym. I was 190 ish end of last year. The week after surgery I was at 168.7, now I'm back up to 173.5-175, all depending on the day and when I actually weigh myself. I am pretty excited though, last time I measured my bicep it was 12". Today, I'm bout an 1/8th of an inch away from 14". The strict I don't wanna die, diet seemed to really get my butt in gear with watching stuff, I've even been to a nutritionist for guidance. I have my second follow up with her soon to see how things are going.

 

Been killing it with the Keto diet. Went
from 224 on 9/4 to 200 as of yesterday.

My clothes are falling off me.

Ketosis diet. Eliminate all but 20 net grams of carbohydrates per day. Eat fats & proteins primarily.
It forces your body to burn the fat you have stored up.

 

How many carbs are in a beer?

 

Too many in a regular beer but there are a few light beers very low in carbs

Or just go with vodka - zero carbs.

 

Not a fan of vodka. I am a fan of beer and potatoes. I’m screwed.
