It sounds to me like you’re trying to come up with reasons why not to put more rotations on the supercharger. The rationale should not be “why you shouldn’t”, but “why you should.”

I had a water/meth setup for a pretty long time. But changed it for the ucon and 7th when it first came out. Hoping for an e85 tune that never happened. I’m still curious if that snow performance controller would work well with a 7th injector though.

 

I was interested in an E85 tune as well. Did you abandon it, or was it not supported?

 

Well I was the first person to run the 2.55 pulley and NST overdrive kit

 

I validate that.

 

After working with Scott for many years on the new ucon and fine tuning it. It became apparent an e85 tune would probably never happen. Haltech and their flex fuel sensor is most likely your best option for e85 nowadays.

@Athlaos told me ucon automatically adjusts for meth. Wish I had ucon instead of ovtune now.

 

@TRON indeed, 'tis true. UCON has been adjusting for meth just fine, according to dyno monitoring of AFR as well as feedback from Scott.

I have the 7th injector and methanol/water. Nothing has fallen apart yet.

@TRON correct me if I'm wrong but I think he is referring to the SNOW controller controlling the gasoline 7th injector, not meth.
