Bed Rack with locking bed cover

I'm looking for a low profile bed rack (to keep a RTT relatively even but not much higher than the cab of my '18 as well as a lockable top for the bed. I have been searching a bit and have found one or the other but nothing that hints that they may work together. Anyone use a similar set up and can share?

KB Voodoo rack and stock tonneau cover with a locking tailgate will solve that. A couple other covers will work and fit under the rack as well. Check the site.

 

I installed the the KB Voodoo high rise crossbars and they work fine for me so far, got three surf boards on them this summer, remove the bars and factory cover to get mountain bikes in bed. Spec’d out a Rhino Pioneer platform to attach to the bars so that will be the next purchase. I am only 5’ 4” tall so anything higher then the bed rack is just to inconvenient at this point. Should be fine for an RTT.
