If you want, I still have the maps, roll files and Garmin chip for the TransAmerica Trail. The entire country, off-road. Point by point, turn by turn, entirely mapped. Just can't fit the Taco down single-trail canyon walls.

    They weren't exactly cheap.
I can share, if someone wants to do parts of it.

I was ready and prepped to go, a few years back. Bike was packed and just waiting to leave. I even had sponsors and a website. Did it for a children's charity, completely solo. But SheWhoShallNoBeNamed threw a tantrum. May she rot in seven hells for eternity.

What? Tacos can go everywhere! :D

That sucks, man...hopefully you eventually do that trip as well. I'm still a few years out.

That might be pushing it. I'm sure you will take another, though...perhaps south next time?

Edit: And I am good with breaks!

    If/when I tackle the TAT, it'll be on a DRZ400, or horse.

Also can you help me install new intake and tune carb soon? I’ll buy a heater for my garage.

How much weight did that add to your truck? I love that setup though. My stock springs would complain about that type of weight in the back.

It’s hard to say but between cap/platform and drawer/tools/fridge it’s roughly 400-500lbs. I’m running heavy duty dakars and they handle the weight well. Plus I have the High clearance bumper with all the goodies which weighs about 320 lbs with bumper/swingout/spare tire/spare fuel tank.

That's what I figured based on what I just guessed was the weight. Damn, looks good though. Down the line I want to get a decent setup in my bed as well.

Also thought I'd share my ignorance and laziness. Finally used my air compressor today. Figured out why my gas mileage has been so horrible haha. There were all at 25 psi when I started.

Yea join! But cant let it get too big. I have family there, and we can stay, but not sure how many couches they have.

Also I thought you don't like riding in cities

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words. I started with something basic and as I used it, I learned what I needed to improve upon based on my needs. I love what I have now and don’t have much of anything to add. Even added a stove holder recently that is the bees knees.

Two hour delay for Fairfax County and government optional telework. This is comical. Although, less idiots on the road for me!
