Truck Night in America

Did any one catch Truck Night on the History channel? They a '16 Tacoma on who didn't make it pass the first round cause he was more worried about keeping his truck Clean & Straight. We need a real Off Roader to get in the competition to whoop the tin off those Jeeps.

I caught a few minutes of an episode the other day. Looked pretty interesting. I recorded some episodes on the DVR, but haven’t been able to watch any more of it.

 

I wish my old crippled butt could.

 

It looks fun and 10k to winner isn't bad either. Lol

It was fun to see a Taco in there but it looked too pretty to take on that course. Would have been cool to see him go on to the next round. They'll have to get a 1st or 2nd gen in there to get some street cred back.

 

I watched it. Thought it was a bit strange to see all the other trucks/jeeps were beater's while, but then have a two year old Tacoma in the mix.
Still don't understand why that ford f250 couldn't get any traction on that first hill. Did he not think to air down?

 

I thought they said he broke an axle on the first course and only had 2WD after that.

 

Ahh...I must have missed that part. Makes sense now.

They should have let the taco come back. The two other trucks were broke. I wouldn't wreck my Taco for 10k either. Now a 50k signup bonus and I would go balls out

 

Not that I blame him, but he only got DQ because he was too afraid to scratch his truck. The others didn’t care. That being said, I was disappointed.

 

Pretty cool show. Just caught the first episode. Or I think it was the first one. Going to watch #2 now, I'll look for the taco.

Honestly, 10k isn't very much. I bet a lot of people on this show have more than one truck. Who knows. That badass orange CJ. You know he had money. Driving scared, that guy. Going a bit too fast. Haha.

Cool premise, but I agree. Give me a 50k sign up bonus and LETS GO

My DVR picked up an episode, so this looks like it’s a go for another season! Woot!

 

Looked like fords sponsoring now....all Ford lineup....all Ford commercials.

 

Ya the 1st 2 episodes are nothing but Fords so far
