    Yep, this isn't really so much a build thread as it is a mod list.

    Swapped the running boards from the OEM Shark style to OEM 5” Chrome style.
    I hated the Sharks, but they came with the truck. They were too high to be useful as a step-up. They made a good platform for standing on to work on the roof/hood/cab, etc. but we’re useless otherwise. The Chrome matched the aesthetics of the other chrome items as well as being a functional and useful step. I’d actually like to lower them another inch - a project for another time.

    No time yet to get to the rest... starting to look for OE dual cab roof rack/rails (will swap filler strips) as well as long bed OE or rollup tonneau (will swap bed rails). Can meetup if you're somewhat nearby my occasional travel which covers I-10 New Orleans to I-10 Mobile and up I-65 to Montgomery.

    Went to go pickup my plate and noticed the SR5 is up for sale and is still rocking the TacomaWorld sticker!

    I picked up my 3 red cyclones (no clear available or I would have had 2) for a song while checking out a 4x4 shop and my sill covers came in. Need time/weather to finish the vinyl and other things. Getting dark too soon for after work. Progress is slow.

    No pics, but managed to get the sills installed, tailgate blackout, TacomaWorld, and ECT installed on Christmas Eve. Once it settles out (need some heat cycles), I’ll work on more (it is raining again). Started to install some door cups, but they were too small... so had to request larger. Waiting for those.
    My TWSS sent me a first aid kit and mini lantern, that are now in the truck.
