Thank you all dearly haha! Been having the most fun with the Taco. It was a saved up dream come true. Now unto the mods...

Side note, I was entirely joking about the investment part btw. I didn't mean for that to be taken literally. I'm only grateful as to the fact that Tacoma's hold resale so well compared to (to my knowledge at least) any other vehicles besides maybe jeeps. Tacoma won't make me any money, but it sure will provide so many great memories and adventures.

Welcome ! And funny you should mention thumbs up. Jeeps have their "wave" so about two years ago I started to give a thumbs up to TACOs
coming the other way or next to me at a stop light. Especially if they have some cool mods. I get mixed reactions. A few respond in kind. Some look at me like WFYP. A few flipped me the bird. But it also resulted in quick conversations at stop light and a few pull of to the side visits to swap stories. Keep the thumbs up going. If five of us do it, it will become a movement . . . .
. .. TACOs may not be an investment, but close. When I went to buy in 2015 new I found several 2012 and 2013 with 20k plus miles for sale at more than my OTD price for a new 2015. Enjoy your truck !
