I just got my 09 off road this summer and I am planning on going to Moab in March and I am in need of advice from Taco experts. I am currently stock and am going to be buying sliders and skids first then I am going to get rims and tires. I was to go with 285/70 17. What all will I need to do for them to fit? I know I need about 3 inch lift and what else will be needed? also best way to do it? Shocks, spacers, anything else? I don't have a lot of experience with lifting tucks. also need to keep the price as low as possible for now.
Now just discovered the tire calculator. super cool. But Looking at it I have 265/75 16s right now and thats only an inch smaller. would i really need to do much at all to fit it?
