    19 mile drive took me 4.5 hours. Just got home.

    My wife left work at 1600. It’s 2130 and she’s not home yet.

    And she works 5 miles from home!

    I got out of work early today but had to do alot of running around. I would have been home in 30 minutes at around 12:30 but I went to the petsmart and petco for fish stuff and then home. Stopped to help a few people some free some paid. @HomerTaco roads aren’t terrible in our area now. I was out about 2 hours ago.

    It snows here EVERY year. How in the f$&k can people here NOT handle a little baby snow storm like this?

    I can tell you, in NH, where it also snows EVERY year, it would not take people hours to drive a few miles home from work.

    My wife and I have no trouble driving in the snow or ice. She’s from Canada. And her Prius had fresh Blizzaks installed by yours truly last night (yes, her Prius has 10 total tires: 6 all season and 4 winter.)

    Professional CDL drivers on jackknifed semis and box trucks were the main obstacles for me and my wife today.

    That’s my point. No one should have trouble driving in this. Everyone should know enough to be prepared with at least snow tires.

    All my problems were from idiots who couldn’t get moving on the slightest if inclines.

    I was following a little corolla for a few miles up and down some hills today The woman driving was smooth as silk. Weaving in and out of stopped vehicles all over the road, passing everything and everybody.

    Nice, smooth, steady accelerator. At a stoplight, I wanted to jump out the truck and tell her that she was a damn good snow driver.

    But it was dark and I looked creepy. She probably would’ve pulled out a Sig and shot my ass. You never know who’s carrying nowadays.
