Thought you guys may be interested in this, especially the overlanding crew. I am just getting into the patch addiction. And the overland expo event was like Christmas. However I had trouble getting them to stick especially in the rear cab where all my headliner real-estate is (sun-roof Tacoma).

I ended up buying this patch panel from Amazon with some T-Pins and it is working great. No more patches falling off with the windows down. I think I am going to have to get another one and put them side by side at some point.

After EXPO. I have some for products I don't have. Eventually they will be replaced with more meaningful patches. Goal is to visit every national park in the US at some point. (That's a lot of patches)

Used about a dozen t-pins to keep the panel tight. All 4 corners and then in the middle a few places then covered them with the patches. Checked to make sure it wouldn't be noticeable in the headliner if I removed the pins after the fact. Couldn't even tell.
