Fog Light Question

So I bought an 2018 SR Double Cab. It did not come with fog lights installed. I want to install a set of pods I have from an old Jeep I used to have. My question is, I looked into where lights go and see some wires in there that look like factory wire harness but not sure if they are or not. Does anyone know if an SR has the harnesses or not. Also if so where can I get a mount to fit my pods? Thanks for any help.

Thank you that helped but not completely. That speaks on a factory set up in a SR I need to find out about led pods fitting in there and hopefully using the existing wire harness to connect.

This definitely helps me to know how to check if I even have the harness to begin with though. Thanks again.
