Have a leveling kit on my 2018 Tacoma, experiencing the, now common, vibration from the needle bearing on the driver side of axle..... not sure which replacement bearing to buy for my truck, there is an 8”, 9”, etc to purchase and I am not sure which one I need for this truck, any advice would be help and appreciated! Thank you

If you're not sure just call them and ask. They're extremely nice people and happy to help.

no problem. It's a pretty straight forward job. You can look on here for the removal tool and save yourself some money. Also, ECGS recommends a different gear oil for the front diff because of their bushing. It's on their website. I think LUCAS 85-140 but dont quote me

Right on, great to know thank you. Will be ordering today, the truck has exactly 20k on it right now, should I get the seal as well? Figured I would since it will be apart anyway. Any word on if it’s smart to do passenger side bearing as well or few problems with that side ? New to this sorry for all of the questions

They recommend dino oil in diffs because of some data they gathered regarding the temperature of the metal parts during high loads and their opinion on water separation effects, not because of their bushing. They also stipulate that it should be changed frequently.

In my opinion that is mostly a non issue for the front diff unless you spend most of your daily miles in 4x4 driving up steep grades.

    Leave the passenger side alone.

Ok thank you! Regarding the diff oil change, 95% of miles on the truck are highway, should I leave the oil alone or change it to the Lucas

That's up to you. I run the factory oil. I would change it though when you do the bushing. You are right there anyway. I would also change the oil in the rear if you haven't done so already.
