Hey Guys, I'm wondering if any of you all have any leads on a good shop that can be of service to do a SAS build on my 2012. I want to do a Dana up front and 3 link. Kicking around dual cases, not sure on this part yet. Suggestions? Opinions? Thoughts?

    Thanks guys, as always!

SAS builds are hard to recommend a shop as some have great experiences and others have terrible ones. Might be worth reaching out to @EddyRRT at SOS offroad and seeing if its something he wants to take on. I know he's crazy busy with the work he has. Also whats the reason to SAS A good LT setup can work almost as well offroad and still have decent street manners.

I've always wanted a SAS Tacoma and really think this is the way to go on suspension travel. I know the LT is almost as good, but the CV maint is what I want to get away from. Are the road manners that bad?

I'd start reading on the SAS thread here and places like Ih8mud, pirate4x4 ect before you put down the cash to start buying the parts. A SASed taco can easly run into 10K in parts easy that can go a long way to buying a built rig and a trailer if you are wheeling in places where a solid rig works better.

Yeah, I've found that thread and been reading it. It's interesting. I may give Eddie a shout and see if he can ball park the numbers for me.

Check with Coosa Valley 4x4 in Rome Georgia. I always see them working on custom off road projects when I drive by.

    Same crap everyone else got
When I SAS my 88 4runner the street manners weren't that bad. I'd say it was a great daily driver except it was just too tall and would sway on the hwy. If I had shorter springs it would have been just fine for dd. I dd it that way for years and just adjusted my driving style. This was with leaf springs and not sway bar. Not sure how a 3 link would drive on the street though.

From what I've seen with the big company's 3link kits, any shop should be able to do the install pretty easily.
