I have a Yamaha Zuma 125 that I keep down at our beach place. Riding the motorcycle there sucks with the super low speed limits but the scooter is fun.

But where would I ride the scooters then? I can't be seen up north on them by people who know me.

    Sore subject around my parts.

People really get worked up that they can ride down the streets as if they were full on motor cycles, yet pay no registration or licensing fees.

I have a 400 Burgman and a 400 Majesty and if I have to go over 40 miles I pull out the gold wing 1500. I rode a Honda 175 scrambler to California and back to Ohio between my junior and senior year in high school. Young , dumb, and full of cum, those were the days, glad I lived thru them.

A scooter is like a fat chick, fun to ride but you don't want your friends knowing

Yea,from the outside looking in,I see your point. But after 45 years of riding, my friends have gotten used to my quirks. The 400 cc and up scooters, will make you romp that taco a lot harder than you want to , to keep up. They top out at over 90 mph, if your pucker factor will allow.

Lies! I ride my Scoot all over. Don't give a damn who sees me because they're so damn fun. Belong to a group called 'Scootie Tang' and we'll meet up and ride. There may be 50+ of us going through the city on a good night.

Best parking ALWAYS, 100+mpg, 55mph top speed, police ingore you. And everyone loves seeing a group of scoots go by. It's awesome.

We try to not promote scooters too much on the web, makes the price go up.

Been kicking the idea of buying one around. My wife is more "Ok" with the thought of a scooter than a motorcycle.

I took a tour on a Honda Metropolitan a little more than a month ago which was fun but would like something faster. Thinking about the PCX150 if I do pull the trigger.

I have a few vintage Vespas and a Lambretta. This one is a stroker 144 with reed valve and a 35 MM carb. It’s putting out close to 30 hp and weighs in at 140.4709AF64-B65A-4278-99A7-7EB147900ED6.jpg

Just a gen2 TRD shift knob so far. Anxiously awaiting ovTune 1.05 with handheld tuner!
    2014 Kymco Like 200i.
Our Vespa knock-off, my grocery getter.
It's small and cute enough that I can park it on the walk at the front door of the grocery and no one gives me lip for it.

Owned a zuma 125. upgraded to burgman 400. Didn't really enjoy it so traded back down to a zuma again.
