    Well:
winch-- found a used Engo 9k with both synthetic rope and steel cable so that will be installed
    rear suspension-- yours duh
T4R brake upgrade also on my list as the camper has no brakes
    hidden snorkel
    hopefully rear bumper

My list isn't very long but also have desires for the camper
refinish these to match the truck's

not sure on tire size yet
Suspension maybe but most likely just hub adapters
Boxing sections of the camper frame

The matching wheels would be sweet. You can get a brake equipped axle pretty cheap. Also a good brake controller is a must. I towed quite a few brake equipped trailers but since I don't have anything wired up to utilize them they didn't help.

But why relocate the battery? With the Camaro I did it for extra traction, not that it helped much, but with the truck being 4wd the weight will lend to better traction in the front as well

Camper isn't that heavy, maybe 1500lbs loaded now. I've only felt it push me once so an upgrade for the truck should work fine. This also helps me keep it simple with the camper. My reasoning isn't always sound but we will see

You haven't seen the thread of the damage of continued hard offroading starting to split the rad support? Also I want to try and get some weight off the front end and distribute it a little better.

No that makes perfect sense. Yeah a good upgrade would probably be the best route. I wonder if anyone makes some better rear shoes and drums for the truck? Also keeping the rears adjusted properly will help a lot as to not put even more stress on the fronts.

I wouldn't be opposed to a rear disc brake upgrade but :spending:

Oh those things for what you get I think are a little too pricey they are on my list but like one of the last things. I was actually thinking just getting a later model tundra rear (larger ring and pinion) that comes with discs would be just as much and you get more benefits. The only thing is they stopped making them in 6 lug so you'd have to drill the axle and discs for the 6x5.5 lug pattern which isn't a biggie.

Post above reminded me I need to step up my lighting game. Having a cheap set for ditch lights and a nice set of Rigid SAE fogs makes me really appreciate that the extra money spent is worth it.

So seeing the tube dawrz that @EatSleepTacos made himself has me thinking about getting some. If I had a garage or place that I could do more projects I probably would try and tackle making them as well. But for now these look like they'd work and do what I want them for.

Man looking back at the posts I have made today I've got a lot of work ahead of me but each little thing just taking it one little step at a time one purchase I'll eventually get the truck where I really want it to end up. There are so many rigs on here that I am taking inspiration from and seeing what they are doing or their DIY and then tweaking it to work for me.

Welp because my CB communication was shit at AOAA no clue what the issue was we were having decided to up the game a little bit with a new radio and a better cable. Will be regrounding my antenna mount today with a much better set up.

Now to research and figure out HAM radio and antenna. Would like something more permanent like the CB the Kenwood tm-281 seems like a good option. Any suggestions would be good.
