Likewise, your trip sounds like a blast. I'm still cleaning mine from a trip to Texas this week.

    Hey guys!

    Mormon well road.

A Jeep friend invited me on a trail run 9am Saturday 12.8.2018. (him and another jeep or two so far)

Snow could make this REAL (Real fun). I doubt it will be anything crazy, But I have much experience in the white stuff, and am not worried.
I'd love to meet more Vegas Toyota guys. (is there a better place to post this? Please let me knowIMG_9953.jpg )

I’ll join depending on what time you’re planning to meet up. I just need to be back in Vegas by 4.

I’ve done Mormon Well road once before, but not in my new truck. Snow would make things interesting and fun!

The Vegas BS thread might be a good place to post this as well. Not everybody checks this one it seems like. If you have a Facebook join Vegas FJ Cruisers and Vegas 4Runners. Both are pretty active groups.

Meeting my pop in Vegas this weekend and looking for some nice hikes not too far away and accessible by rally car (oops did I misspell rental car?)

Half day Saturday, maybe a more laid back Sunday driving tour on Sunday - any advice? I appreciate it. He's pretty in shape for his age.

    I'll be there!

As far as people on Facebook, we've got one other guy going and 10 maybes.
Calico tanks at Red Rock is a fun hike that's not anything crazy. 2.2 miles round trip. Another interesting one is Pine Creek Canyon at 3.4 miles with a waterfall at the end. If you do a hike at Red Rock get there early though. It gets busy fast if you're not there before 9AM.

Another option would be Valley of Fire. Less crowded but a farther drive.

As for a driving tour, the only interesting road that won't have snow would be the road that goes along Lake Mead all the way to Moapa Valley. About the most interesting road you're probably going to find around here that's pavement.
