Aftermarket radio

i recently purchased a 2014 Tacoma prerunner 2.7l 4door with an aftermarket kenwood radio. The truck is prewired for the back up cam and I’ve learned that I can’t just plug in a OEM camera because they run off 6v with factory radio and the aftermarket kenwood runs 12v? Well I’m wanting to go back to a factory radio and I’m not sure what my truck came with in the first place. I just do know what I should do first in order to find out which factory Tacoma radio I need. I’m assuming there’s different radios with different functions that my truck may or may not be equipped with.
