How’s it going everyone?! New to TW but recently purchased my second Tacoma. My first Tacoma was a 2017 TRD Off Road 4x4 DLCB. To be honest, I loved the truck but hated the automatic transmission, so much that after about a year I traded it in and went back to a Subaru STI. Well, after about another year I came to terms that I really needed the utility of a truck after some searching I found a 2019 TRD Sport DLCB Shortbed 4x4 in Cement with a 6 speed manual transmission at a dealership a few hours away. Made they drive across Texas and came back home with my new Tacoma and I gotta say it really is perfect to me. Even when I got my first unsightly rock chip on the roof with only 800 on the odometer!

I’m glad to see that there is a Tacoma community similar to that of the Subaru community. Although, I do feel weird waving at other Tacoma drivers and having them stare at me funny. Might have to break that habit from my Subaru days...

Welcome. I went from a short bed manual to a long bed automatic. We should have traded trucks.
