I have a new tent (just a Coleman, nothing fancy) I am ready to try.
Also have plenty of chairs, 2 small camp tables, a 6ft folding table and 10' x 10' canopy I am planning to bring.
I'll have a good (but small) cooler with me.

But... as I mentioned in a previous post I do not have camping cooking gear...

I know many have said that I can use their stuff. I appreciate it. I will bring extra adult beverages to share.

That Friday I will post in here to see if anyone needs anything.

Alright, need some camping input from y'all.

First, I am a "car camper". Meaning, I don't do backpacking style of camping.

My tent I am bringing is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001TS6RKE/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I will have a queen air mattress.

What I do not currently own are sleeping bags. I haven't been camping in a good while and threw my old set of sleeping out last time I went.
I did some light research and was looking at a pair of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000ZH6RQ...colid=Z6QCWUXLTVDS&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

    Thoughts?

Let's just call it my 401K.
More than adequate. If you don't need that big of a tent, you can save yourself about a C note and get a smaller one. Check out the Coleman at the bottom of this page.

    Thanks for the input.

I already own the tent. :notsure:

EDIT: I used to own an older 7x7 Coleman. Had it for years. I know the tent I have now is much larger but I got it a while back for a good deal.

That works. If you're in need of a stove to cook on, you're more than welcome to use mine. Or anything else I have that you may need. Mi case, su casa.

Thanks! Love this group and look forward to meeting so many of you!

I will definitely have adult beverages to share for all! Love this community.

Last question: Is there any concern about our stuff being stolen while we wheel? I have actually never been camping and then been away from my camp site for an extended period of time.

I use this sleeping bag. It's great. You can actually move around in it, no more feeling like a trapped sardine.
