    Thankfully I have a few options for it. At this point with the meds it's more annoying than anything.

    Hoping every one stays safe this weekend. I just found out my cousins half brother was killed last night in Fl running to the store to get something for his 4 year old daughter. I know we like to drink here but please call an uber or stay where you are.

    Years of abuse from sports in high school, working out, etc. College Rugby did not help things either. I can do a pulling motion just fine. Push ups/ bench press any weight is very painful.

    So we are watching my mother in law's little dog while she takes care of grandpa. He's like 3 lbs and has short curly hair. His name is Tootles. He is 12 years old. He snorts around like a little pig. He wears a sweater and a diaper because he likes to try to mark everything.

    My 75 lb lab was like dude wtf is that thing and what is it wearing?o_O

    Honestly- trying to not address it for now. Just cant push; I am sure it is some small ligament. Now it gets sore and achy when I do NOT work it gently. I kkow something is torn in it though.
