Annie Mess tattoos is pretty badass from what I've seen. She does a lot of celebrities that come into town if you check out her instagram. I found out about her from a suicide girl that was with a former pro skateboarder/ Amateur UFC fighter/ Radio show host that I listen to pretty regularly on sat radio.
