Better yet... Toyota should offer the new 3.0 str86 turbo engine in the Tacoma. 336hp would be quite nice in these trucks. Not to mention it would have fewer moving parts and would be even more realiable than the already reliable 3.5

Not trying to impress you. Just telling you why in some instances it's a better investment to buy a larger single family home over a condo or small smarter home if you can afford it. If I bought my 1st home in an area 20 minutes further north from where I live I could have made an additional 150k in equity but I wanted a closer commute to my work. Ah well.

And yeah, Rainier is an active volcano. Luckily I dont live in the valleys where the lahars came through tens of thousands of years ago but will have a great view if it does blow up...
