I just wanted to post that I finally got to pick up my @Mobtown Offroad Sliders that I ordered back in July and how stoked I am. Just sucks I have to wait until after Thanksgiving travel plans to put them on, but glad to have them finally in my possession.

As excited as I am, it's also sad that my 21 week old truck got its first battle scar - a cracked taillight. It seems the forklift driver stabbed it as he was pushing the skid back. Didn't know where the cracking sound came from at the time, until I got home.

Props though for the packing job. Those sliders were safely strapped into that frame.

Nice on the slider and I look forward to some pics. Sorry to hear about the tail light, now you have a reason to go with the MESO tail lights or find someone who has.

those MESO ones look sick! out of stock tho! I'm about to scour the forum to see what other tail lights people have been happy with.

not sure why, probably there was a a spike in the queue at the time. I got em powder coated and that adds a couple weeks. plus, I'm clear across the country from where they're at, so the freight shipping took another weekish. I never felt like they forgot about me though; checked in twice through the process so all was good.

You may have lost a taillight, but at least door dings won't be an issue.

Unfortunate timing. We were in the middle of moving shops, had an issue with the powder coat company we no longer use so we had to find a new place and negotiate rates which created delays and then we had supply issues with DOM tubing. The good news is we are past all those annoyances. We are in the new place, now have in house powder coating and finally found a mill that should never have a supply issue ever again.
