    No, that traffic is either dead stopped, or at a 4 mph crawl at most, - when it's moving. And it's not just L.A., this is typical for most So.CA. freeways during the am/ pm weekly work commute.

    Being an electrician , I've taken down a lot of used fans and can tell you one or more blades being loose is more common then all of them being tight. If your ceiling fan has been in service more than a year, do your household a favor and check them, both ends of the mounting bracket.

    What gets me is that the headline makes it sound like there was an equipment malfunction when there was obviously a jumper malfunction.

    If he had thrown his chute before his toes were touching the rocks he might have survived.

    I wonder if it was the first time he'd done it and he freaked out and froze.
