This past weekend I tried removing my BP51 struts to adjust preload. When I reinstalled and torqued everything I now getting a metal popping noise after I stop. If I push on the tire I get the noise. I can only think it must be part of the upper ball joint area as I did remove it from the steering knuckle. Sounds like when your torque wrench gives a little pop when you are at spec. Thoughts? Have checked bolts again and all are tight.

Inspect and replace the lower control arm bushings and or bolts...play in this area will make a pop sound
