I have a 2018 Tacoma Off-Road. I added 2" (2.25") Ready-lift spacers to the front and 1" blocks to the rear. TSS/Pre-collision worked like a dream. I added new 17" wheels with 265/70R17 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires and started having issues; at least with the front sensor (pre-collision and VSC warnings on dash). One dealership wouldn't recalibrate, local shop wouldn't touch it, and waiting to hear back from a third shop, but not holding my breath. I do not want to go back to stock wheels and tires as it looks beautiful and is just how I wanted it. I guess that there is a way to turn the entire system off, but most of it still functions just fine. There is no way that I will be happy with the stock, knowing how it looks now. Any suggestions or fixes?

Turns out that having the alignment completed by a local shop threw an alignment sensor out of whack and caused the indications, fortunately only $130 to fix. Apparently the Pre-collision can be thrown off by lifting and can be super expensive to correct, 4-6 hours labor, if you can find a dealer that will do it; liability. In hindsight, I would definitely have a dealer install any after market components such as lifts/leveling kits. One of my local dealers actually does it, but another won't do jack for you. 2018 electronics, ha!

Thanks for the info. I’m looking into lifting my truck too but with the issues you had I am thinking twice. Looks like I’ll need to research this more before pulling the trigger.
