ghfds.jpg jjhjh.jpgCooper ST MAXX 285/75/17 trimmed fender plastic down low nearest body mount area re shaped plastic inner fender with heat gun, added icon 700lb springs no rubbing on any city driving . However offroad it does rub on plastic in the lower areas and i don't have CMC done yet. I have a really good alignment and these TRD wheels help alot with the offset. Just ordered the Demello Baja front bumper that should take care of the fender rub!

Awesome so far. Had them on for about 3 months. Surprised at how quiet they are on the highway!

They will! I ran 315’s on my Jeep with a five tire rotation, at 20k miles I still had 15/32nds of tread! Traded the Jeep for the Tacoma and kinda wish I had gotten these again over the Falkens

These look great man! Stoked to find this thread even if it’s a revived old one haha. Just ordered AT3 XLTs in this size today, can’t wait! I’ve got the ST Maxx in 265/75/16 now and they’ve been great.. it was tough choosing between them and the AT3 but price and weight savings swayed me. Should be fun to try something new too.. 10k on the MAXX and they still look brand new :anonymous:

Got a link to a build/your mods on the bumper? I just threw a 12-15 ARB I picked up for $200 on my '10. I made / am making some custom brackets and am going to have to cut the wings and polish up the fitment some more; would like to see some similar work know things to look out for.

If you have the money to I’d recommend a regear. But as always I’m sure it depends on what you do with the truck.

Now what happens if you dont re gear? Bad gas mileage ? Or will it ruin engine wear and transmission faster?
    Re gear before tires?
I dont do alot of rock crawling but I do adventure out into trails and also far drives with my truck.

I regeared when I was on 285/75R16's to 4.88's. That was a little low as I like to still be able to do 80 on the freeway. But I wanted the low gear for towing. It is about perfect on the 34's. If I could find a skinny 35, it would be golden!

I didn't, but I also don't tow more than once every year or so. Hauling heavy loads in the bed doesn't happen much more often. If you tow/haul or even drive through mountain terrain very often then it's worth it to regear. Cruise control won't leave it in 5th gear for much of anything on 34's lol. I wouldn't worry about added strain on the tranny, these ones are stout. Perceived power loss will be the biggest thing. I say "perceived" because the engine still makes the same amount, you're not "losing" anything #petpeeve.
