Got some questions about some stuff. I have some mods from my totaled tacoma in the garage, wondering what all is transferable. I have 5100s and 887 coils. Some hood hinge brackets for light pods from famous fab. Relentless fab roof light bar brackets. Also have a 32 inch light bar, whats a good way to install one in front opening? Does the rubber strip on sides of roof have bolt holes like the tacoma did?

Front suspension should bolt right up, rear suspension is different. Hood scoop is interchangeable with '12-15' Tacomas. Fog lights are the same with '12+ Tacomas. Tires and rims are interchangeable, etc... that's off my head. BTW this only applies to '14+ 4Runners mostly except the front suspension and tires/wheels.

Gotcha, do you by chance know about if there are factory bolt holes under that black strip on the roof, like how the tacoma had them for toyota roof rack? I see the prinsu roofracks seem to have a mount in the front so i wanted to ask. Either way ill check it at some point

I'm lifted at 3" in the front and 2" in the rear, no issues at all and I also have KDSS.

Nice. So i went under neath the front to look at the skidplate oil change situation and it appears previous owner snapped a bolt off on front of skid

I had a frontrunner and a prinsu. Liked prinsu more, but both are great racks.

Also I'm on the no RTT Train since I haven't had one a while. They are cool and comfortable, but really they are annoying if you are breaking down camp to go offroading or camp somewhere else, it gets to be a bit much.

Now I'm doing the sleeping platform in the bed of the truck route, but in the meantime, I've been ground tenting and it is great.

I’ve been wanting a trailer for a while now. Not sure if I should go the sleep in trailer route or RTT on top route. Slept in the 4Runner once and it was too small for me. But set up base camp, leave it, go play, come back. And everywhere where that isn’t possible, I’ll just ground tent because weight of rtt
