    In my opinion the truck already feels like it doesn't like to turn and a bit floaty, would a lift make this feeling worse? I would say yes because center of gravity is raised but also could argue that the shocks could negate the effect by matching spring rates and compression. Or is it more of a sway bar issue? I want to lift the truck but keep thinking by doing so I would end up with more negatives. Any advice?

    There's a reason race cars are not lifted.

    However, if you want a serious answer then you probably need to wait until a few weeks after New Year's day because most here are in a festive mood and don't have time for serious thought.
