Welcome to TW and to Texas Toyota Coalition!

Don't have much to add to your situation, although I'm not sure I'd buy a vehicle sight unseen unless an independent third party thoroughly inspected the truck. There are ways to avoid reporting incidents on a CarFax, and dealers aren't the best about recording issues on the maintenance history of a vehicle. That said, you could have gotten a good deal simply because the truck was sitting on the lot for a day too long. Or maybe you might be overthinking your situation. Have to do your due diligence to ensure that you're taken care of and have all the information. Regardless of the situation, I wish you all the luck, offer congratulations on your new truck, and again welcome to the party!

True... But I mean if they aren't disclosing any issues just to sell the car, that's wrong. Also, being able to haggle them down that low seems a bit off too.

    On the other hand - I attached a photo :) it's only a 2-wheel drive .... Didn't need the 4-wheel.

I'm looking for suggestions though in regards to:

    1. Lift - either 5100's or should I just put 3" block in front and 1" block on the back?

    2. Best sounding exhaust

    3. Best CAI system

Thanks for the warm welcome y'all!

Thanks! You are right .... I could simply be overthinking it for sure. I'm always like that. I will be taking a good look at it once I'm out there...will hope and pray for the best.

Sweet truck..as for a lift so many options personally with yours Id go billy 5100s with a ome 885 or 887 coil difference is in height an a AAL in the rear get a functioning lift instead of spacers.

As far as CAI an Exhuast your stock intake is a true CAI via the fenderwell unless your into the looks an sound. Exhaust trd catback but its pricy an checkout the ovt tune it helps with performace.

Lights since your stock housings are projectors you could do leds or.hids also an not blind everyone also. Light bars an ditch lights also are sweet.

    1. Go with Bilstein 5100 over blocks. Blocks suck.

    2. There are tons of cat back exhausts, it all depends on what sound you want. Def go with all stainless steel with a 3" outlet. Borla, banks, flomaster, magnaflow, URD, ect are all good.

    3. The best cold air intake is already installed on your truck. The paper filter offers much better filtration than any aftermarket cotton dry or oiled filters. Yes they claim better flow, but you only really see those gains at WOT. Ask yourself, are you driving WOT throttle all the time, or intermittently? If all the time, then get a CAI.

    4. Let me know if there's anything I can do for you.

For 80mph, that's good for highway cruising.
