It's just a bolt through the bushing? My Daystar kit came with metal sleeves that go through the bushings first, then the bolts

If your's were designed to be that way then I'm sure it's fine, I think my issue is I have a sleeve that doesn't fit snug moving around and compromising the bushing. At least that's all I can think of that I haven't looked into yet

The smallest movement makes a loud sound. I have extra 3/4 x 9/16(14mm) sleeves 3" length if you need one.

Appreciate it, I'll double check that I have the correct one with the extra Daystar kit I ordered but I'll let you know if I could use it

I gotta say I think Im going to sell mine. I don't like how thin it is where it attaches to the core support. That and Id need washers like that as well. Kind of disappointing.

Watched some vids on replacing the cluster bulbs. What @BartMaster1234 considers easy, and what I do are two different realms lol. Yeah its straightforward, aside from removing EVERY piece of the dash for one burned out bulb. Guess its gonna stay burned out until more of its brethren go with it.

The one I watched the guy removed the radio bezel, the under steering wheel piece, the steering wheel covers, clock bezel, then finally the cluster trim. Seems like one giant pita filled with broken clips and misery.

That said, what color you go with?

Those sealing washers included with them suck. My battery shifted, popped a cap off the battery & spilled batt acid everywhere. Yeah it sucks for how much that damn thing costs but after I made new step washers for it the tie down has been solid.

I can make you some step washers too for a small fee. :) Not charging these guys, cause I still owe them for digging me out of the sand.

I also have this one (not for sale) that I got like 10 yrs ago from someone on CT. It's made for an Optima battery though.
