Hi. I was looking for some advice regarding my current suspension and the way my truck sits. I recently had an Icon Stage 4, 0-3.5” installed. Up front I have 2.5” Extended Travel coilover shocks and tubular UCAs. In the rear, ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoirs along with the leaf pack that came with the kit. I must say that I am extremely happy with the way the suspension feels and performs on and off-road.

I was told that the front is raised to about 2.5” and as you can see in the pictures, the truck is sitting almost perfectly level. I would like to raise the front a half-inch and increase the rear slightly more to give the truck a “raked” appearance. I was also told that the front should remain at the current height because it is set to optimal performance, and that the easiest way to get the rake I want, is to add Toyota factory 1" blocks in the rear.

Knowing that this is also my daily driver, I would love to hear any insights as to my options without breaking the bank and sacrificing substantial performance/ride quality. Also, if you feel the truck should just be left as is, please let me know.

    Thanks!

If you want to raise the rear some go with a full leaf pack.
If you have an AAL in there you’ll end up wanting a full pack eventually.

The front id probably leave alone To much preload = harsh ride

Thanks. I was told you needed to be careful with what spring choice you put in the rear Bc the access cab has less weight on the axle than the double cabs.

I’m running Icons with a Dakar pack
    I’m running E rated tires
    I’m an access cab
Its definitely is a little stiff in back but I just put some weight (tube sand)in the back and it rides nice.
    It rides like a truck
Without the e rated tires the ride was a lot smoother.

Nice AC. I really like how the truck looks in the first pic- the side profile makes me think fibre-glass fenders and bed sides! I would be scared of my tires eating my fenders when turning under compression.

What are the specs on your tire and wheels?

Truck is looking good I wouldn't bother trying to go any higher with the lift- could make daily driving unpleasant.
