    32 minutes cigarette free.

    I’m really disappointed. My wife bought me my favorite scotch as a celebration for being a week smoke free. Not smoking and drinking was not the issue*, but that scotch brought back some of my favorite memories of the two of us hanging out and enjoying each others’ company.


    *tested on multiple occasions in the last week; drinking is not a smoking trigger for me, apparently

    There’s nothing like public accountability to make you feel responsible.
