What’s up everyone for starters hope everyone had a good thanksgiving. Few things that I want to get people’s opinion on is.. how do you care for the interior of your taco. I’ve got leather seats so if anyone wants to list the things you use I’d be so great full for it. Last thing anyone wants are dry leather seats. Thanks for all the help everyone!

I just treated my clazzio’s last week with some lexol leather conditioner. After I did it, I realized I should have been doing this on a regular basis. They feel more pliable and softer now. I suppose they need that on a regular basis according to clazzio’s website.

The leather that is in the Taco is coated so you can use just about anything to keep it clean. A well diluted APC, a quick detailer product or a specific "leather cleaner". You can use leather conditioners and serums that will make the truck smell of leather for a few days but beyond a few times a year would be overkill. Most of it is going to be wiped away as you apply it.

Not saying you shouldn't buy leather specific products, pick them up on sale when you find them. There are plenty of other beneficial products to spend your detailing budget on.

#1 I have Nano-ceramic heat rejection tint that blocks 99% of UV A and UV B rays. All windows to include the windshield are filmed. This will be probably the most important interior protection. Keep the heat and sun off the interior. It will be the #1 damage causing element.

    #2 keep it clean.

#3 keep the leather conditioned 2-3 times per year depending on use. Leather should be soft and plush, not hard.

I use Chemical Guys leather cleaner and conditioner. It doesn’t have a horrible odor or super oily.
