I've been using redline mt for years even before I got the tacoma. There is a good deal on the motul gear oil locally and I'm due for transmission service. The deal is the only reason I'm considering it. I know redline's oil is specialized and formulated for manuals where as motul is just gear oil that can be used in the transmission and differentials. Has anyone used both gear oils and can give a comparison or just the motul and can give some insight on if you get nice smooth shifts with the motul 75w90
