    My point.
Don’t go telling people what their options are when you don’t know.

So there’s a minimum amount for suing a corporation in California? Please do tell the details? Pelfreybilt did not file bankruptcy, two employees filed PERSONAL bankruptcy. The fact that you don’t know the difference just further shows how little you know about this situation.

Take 2 seconds to look up Pelfrey on SOS for CA.
You’ll have my response to that.

The reason this situation is so frustrating for people on here is because some people have lost incredible amounts of money and the likelyhood of recovery is minimal.
These threads are to help support people with factual information on recourse. Not just stating “oh well just sue em”. Its a flippant way of dismissing peoples concerns over a legitimate issue.

I’m done having a pissing a match with you. Your clearly set in your ways and that’s fine. This thread is about helping those who lost money by giving them all the options. You just saying that’s not an option with no facts to back it up is insulting to everyone. This is a legal option that anyone can pursue against Pelfreybilt Inc. Not once did I say it made financial sense. But these people need to look at all avenues to get results. @PackCon you can PM me if you feel the need to continue measuring d*cks.

I was trying to spend 3k with PB before this BS happened and luckily couldn't get through to anyone, but I bought a Hat and T about 2 months ago which was 55 bucks and Wells Fargo got me my refund today. im sure the lower dollar amounts have something to do with it... I feel bad for all yall that got f*cked… the only positive I can bring out of this for all us is we will all be VERY SELECTIVE about who we spend money with from this on. Im sure the TW will keep a close eye on these guys if they try to swindle us again!

So Wells Fargo was able to get me my $325 for my skids back from the claim that I filed from my purchase on August 22, 2018.

Paypal was also able to get my $2,099 back after the claim I had filed from my purchase on May 21, 2018.

I sincerely hope everyone else has a successful outcome!!

I received this today from Wells Fargo regarding my request for an ACH reimbursement. I have requested a REG E review and indicated I can no longer contact Pelfreybilt. I am still waiting to hear back on that.

    Any Suggestions?

You may be able to claim some off your income tax as a loss.

I bought over $3000 worth of gear in July and never received any of their goods. Has anyone dealt with their Visa card in regards to this?

Just got a letter from PNC stating that my money would be returned. It took a little over a month, but I won my CC dispute.

Best of luck to everyone else.

I genuinely hope they eat some bad fish tacos and cole slaw made with expired mayo.
