New to the community

Hey everyone! New to the thread and just wanted to say hello. I just purchased my first Taco about a month ago, and have been pretty pumped about it. Started some mods and plan to do a lot more. Hoping this community can assist as I am very new to trucks as I have always owned cars. Traded in my 2014 SS Camaro for the truck, which was tough to do (I miss that car), but am still very happy with my decision. Excited to get into the Tacoma lifestyle, and look forward to speaking with everyone here, maybe even some meetups. I am located in Louisburg, NC which is about 30 min north of Raleigh.

Thanks! I've always wanted a Tacoma. Was kind of disappointed I wasn't able to get into a TRD model as that was my original plan. This was the last 2018 black Tacoma the dealership had left and I really wanted black. Plus, since they were trying to get rid of the 2018 models, they gave me a real good price on this SR5 and wouldn't budge much on the TRD models.

 

I love the black color of your truck it looks really good with your setup. Even though you couldnt get the TRD you got a good color and a slightly discounted price, so win-win.

Pretty good bunch of peeps in the NC area. Several Carolina threads to make you want to spend your money after you see some of the rigs and find out you can pick up your armor in South Carolina..
