    Happy Friday everyone! Half day so off at 10:30 takeing Christie with me to see attny this afternoon to discuss options. I had my anual review yesterday. We are rated 1-5 on a scale i was told because of my permanent restrictions I can’t recieve any more than an average 3 rating. He told me how great I have been doing then gave me a 2.75 since he said that is almost max for me now. This means I’ll get a raise but a decreased one so this is now costing me money. I am starting to feel discriminated against.
