Just drove my Tacoma home and the dealer suggested this and that and the GlassCoat sounded interesting to me, all 699 bucks interesting.
One question is It worth it?
I bought the basic truck but my head is still spinning from the Bluetooth to the lane changing warning. I was not aware all this came with a basic. For me they could of kept all that electronic stuff and gave me keyless entry instead.
I am liking the truck and my 1st mod is a truck bed cover that I ordered already.
    Thanks for listening

If it’s like a ceramic coating it’s worth it. It keeps the truck clean. Dirty and mud will just hose off. And it keeps the actual paint layer almost scratch resistant. They’re usually good for 3-4 years. Then you have to get them cleaned and recoated
