I swapped the two uppers from the manifolds to the headers and the new tube position has the sensor wires a few inches short. There’s a large harness that the plug comes off of on the back side of the engine. There’s no slack to speak of. I could disconnect some of the brackets that anchor it down, but was hoping someone might have run into the same situation with an easier fix.

Guessing you didn’t run into this problem. Maybe going back into it fresh tomorrow I’ll figure something out. Thanks for taking a look.

That would have worked. I ended up getting the URD relocation harness.

Sorry I don't have a sound bite yet but I have these headers with a stock y pipe. I put a dynomax 39447 on and it was fun for a week but slightly raspy and droned like hell. I added a vibrant 1141 and it's perfect. Loud enough but not obnoxious. Zero rasp (key point to make here) good happy medium of loud and killing the rasp trash sound. I can get some pics and sound if y'all are interested. Still loving these headers after many years with them

that’s a tiny muffler. Even combined with the resi it’s still less volume than OEM. I’m about to install these headers with stock y-pipe and stock catback/muffler. Hopefully no rasp, but if there is I’m adding a small cherry bomb

I have one new in the box but only selling if I can find a set WITHOUT air injection soon. Or these will go in my truck with block off plates or SAIS tubes hacked off

So, anyone selling a 2005-11 set?

I had a OEM style chamber muffler on for a few years. Walker quiet flow or something. It was pretty quiet and had rasp under load that kind of went away after the truck was up to normal temp.
