Umm, it's the Emanuele Bianchi Design X-Large Rear Seat Protector

I put grommets in it, and I also bought Emanuele Bianchi Design X-Large Hammock Seat Protector and cut the 2 cushioned sections out (Basically 2/3 are cushioned). I then put grommets in it in the same area as the other cover. So the back and bottom have double cushion. I then pulled the seatback off, used noico 80mil sound deadening, some polyfil in the cross member, installed the molle back panel (it's flush and offers more room), removed seatbelt anchors for a soft flat bottom surface, and threw 2 earplugs into 2 ziplock bags and stuffed those into the seatbelt holes. It's been flawless for awhile now and he seems happy.
The seat covers have self tapping screws driving through the grommets and hold them secure to the back panel

 

Here's mine - she also loves to help me work on the truck... even if sometimes her idea of helping is hanging up socks.
